All Star Blinds (ABN 33 899 734 328) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Who We Are
All Star Blinds supplies and installs blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. You can contact us on 0414 614 555 or at allstarblinds@hotmail.com.
What We Collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the number of windows and the products you are interested in, and anything else you tell us about your home. When we visit to measure and quote, we also record your address and your window measurements.
When you visit our website, we also collect information about how you found and used it: the pages you viewed, the website or advert that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use It
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange your free measure and quote
- make and install your blinds, shutters, curtains or awnings
- honour our guarantee and look after you after the job is finished
- understand which pages and adverts bring us enquiries, so we can improve our website and marketing
We do not sell your personal information, and we will not send you marketing you have not asked for.
Who We Share It With
We share your information only where it is needed to do the work or run our business, including with:
- our suppliers and manufacturers, where needed to make your order
- the services that run our website and enquiries:
- Tally, our quote form, protected by Google reCAPTCHA
- Zapier and Google Sheets, where we keep enquiry records
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which measure how the site is used
- Google Maps, which shows our service area on the Areas We Service page
- Attributer, which records how you found us
- our accountants and advisers, where required
- government authorities, where the law requires it
Some of these providers store information overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our website uses cookies to measure how the site is used and how you found us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site still works if you do.
How We Keep It Safe
